Hi Roshni, I didn't access the internet for long. I was busy applying for my passport. Even I missed my runs too. Yesterday I came back from Madurai. For the past two days it has been raining here. I had just reached the distance of 16 km. Hope I'll catch up with you people. With so little practice I doubt whether I'll finish it in 2hrs. I only hope I won't take more than 2hrs10min! Your" participated events" list is getting lengthier!! Wish you all the best. happy running.
Yes you correctly guessed i was in parthi for Akhand bhanjan, and had really very great time there. Bhagwan gave very good darshan.It was raining and crowd was less.I am taking good full rest as it has been advised by doctor not to do any training. so kind of not feeling good.being lazy :). The last run i did was Nike human race with the pain.so now my friend who is doctor has told to just be out for 15 days as i have overdone.

i could not reply as i was in parthi last week end and i was facing problem with RFL site finally i managed to sort out the things hence able to reply.your time was really good maintaining 6.33.
Right now i am having break in running as i have strained my muscles hence doctor has adviced me to stop running for 15 days .
Hi Roshni, congratulations for completing ADHM in 2 hrs and 19 mins and its better then your previous one. I have also completed my first half marathon ADHM in 2 hrs 22 mins. It was a bit painful in my legs near 19-21 kms but I completed the the run.
Hi Roshni, I am good. How are you dear? My preparation is going on as per my plan- 2 days long runs, 3 days gym, 2 days rest. As you have already run couple of times for half Marathons, so no need to be nervous. You will complete it better than your list time :-). Being my first HM, I am just hoping to complete it. Experienced runners like you are our inspirations.. Keep running... see you there on 1st November, 2009.
Dear Roshni, At last I have set my house. I started running yesterday onwards-after almost a month.I am the only woman running here. I hope I'll soon have company! Stay in Aarey colony - Royal Palms - Goregaon E. However, haven't been running over the last few months - since the half marathon back in Jan 2009. I am planning to get back in shape and target full in Jan 2010.
Thanks for wishes. But i need to practice a lot for full..planning to join some serious running group in next month..(YES)....Don't worry u will run many full and yes..speed has to be improved a lot to run full..till then Happy & Safe running..tc
So u have been running for 2 yrs..any plan to run FULL?? I have registered for FULL in SCMM 2010..Heard from others that running a Full is a life time experience..so want to feel it..I know it will take all my strength (phy/mental)..:)
