Hi Roshni, I am good. How are you dear? My preparation is going on as per my plan- 2 days long runs, 3 days gym, 2 days rest. As you have already run couple of times for half Marathons, so no need to be nervous. You will complete it better than your list time :-). Being my first HM, I am just hoping to complete it. Dear Roshni, At last I have set my house. I started running yesterday onwards-after almost a month.I am the only woman running here. I hope I'll soon have company! So u have been running for 2 yrs..any plan to run FULL?? I have registered for FULL in SCMM 2010..Heard from others that running a Full is a life time experience..so want to feel it..I know it will take all my strength (phy/mental)..:)
Congrats for the Hyd. Marathon - you did well. Hey, Roshni, you know our Group has organised a SCMM Race Route run on 20th of this month. So why don't you join in. We not only need you there, but we also need to meet up and have a good chat. Please do come and hop on the bandwagon.

Hi Roshni, great going. You should have gone two days earlier to Hyderabad, so you'd have had the time to get the rest as well. Well, in spite of that climbing and all you both still completed. you've done at good speed. Keep going.
You're doing very well for yourself doing the iRace in 1hr. 05mins. 35secs. And you were very nicely asking Me for tips. Come on Roshni, I should be asking You for tips - I'm being honest - for a girl you're pretty good.
For a girl, You run faster than the wind. I honestly wish I could run like that in the men's section. Yes, am fast, but not fast enough.
