nice to hear ur routine, u r dng ir in a well designed shape, n secondly ur coach is realy great, he always try to keep everybodys' motivation high. m not following any solid routine. these days on my weekends m dng long runs n during weekdays (3days) short runs along with yoga, i hav devoted two days to dat. n sweet sweet masti bhari one day full holiday.keep your routine up dear, m sure u will get gud timmings this year in SCMM. wid wishes
