Sorry for the long absence, I have been travelling a lot. My knee is finally alright and I have started running at Kukrehalli again. Unfortunately my visit to mysore is very short and I am leaving for Himachal by the weekend. Hope you are running strong..
I have been gone long long time now. After the stipulated rest I went back to the himalayas for some more surveys and the knee pain came back and I had to abandone the surveys and rush to bangalore. I went to HOSMAT Dr. Thomas Chandi. Did all the MRI scan X ray etc and it turned out to be some bruising in the knee so I am back to stretching and exercising. I have a long winter winter work session coming up so I am not taking any chances by running now. But surely I would like to start swimming. I have in Mysore now... feels great to be back
hi,
training is going gr8,every week on saturday i am doing 10k sunfeast track, timing is improving. start ur runs, ya hope we meet on the sunfeast run.take care bye.
Thanks, I do two almost everyday in the evening but I havent timed myself yet. Right now I am in Bangalore for a couple of days. I will get in touch once I am back in Mysore.
Thanks for the warm welcome. Even I run at the Kukeranhalli lake (The one in the University) Surely we should try and run some time together. Sunday morning might not be possible for me but lets see what we can plan.
Just a small question Do you know what is the distance of that track. people have said its more or less 3.7 km but I am not very sure of it.
Keep in touch
hi howz ur training going on, hey to be frank i am also new to marothon, but whatever i know i can share with u,.net is the best place to get info abt marothon. even i checked out for books but my friends suggested to check the net. i also checked out the midnight marothon, as u have not run before the half marothon and u need a good training before the half marothon. i advice if u want to run ,go for the 5 km one. next time go for a half marothon which is in day, but u need training ok, ok then catch u later bye
