This is the 2nd edition of Celebration Run Series - Mangalore Half Marathon. 

The scenic Mangalore Marathon route took the runners past the Mangalore Port and along a road with the Gurupura River flowing on one side and the famous Tanvir Bavi Beach on the other.

Over 270 runners took part across the 10K and Half Marathon categories with perfect weather conditions and the course along the Gurupura River made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The weather was cool due to the early start and started getting warmer as the day grew by. The Panambur Beach wore a carnival look early in the morning and was exciting to see a lot of enthusiasts & cheering members (family & friends) for the 5K event as well.
