How should you decide you are ready for Full Marathon?
HI , have been tempted by seeing exploits of my friends in NMR to try out a full distance .I also know some hardcore runners would say , "you are ready when YOU are Ready".What would be the threshhold , where one would say I am ready to go the full distance in respectable time.Is FM THE thing to do , or being a HMer with decent time also is good.Would the bosses of long distance help with their opinion. Hey Sumeet...........wud collect my Garmin this weekend as i wud be out of station from today evening.
