How often do you run?
A few times a month
Where do you run?
usually on the treadmill in the gym,
in cubbon park on weekends.
Why do you run?
running gives me a sense of detatchment from myself n i love that feeling. apart from the fun n pleasure fitness n endurance r a few more reasons.
What is the longest distance you have ever run?
20km in EGL this september in 2 hr.
15km on the treadmill/82 min.
14km in cubbon park loops.
10km runs in nike run club several times.
sunfeast 10km marathon in 56min.
no great distance these r but will keep improving.
What is your personal best timing? (please mention the distance and time)
10km in 48 min in the recent rfl run.

actually i made an error.. its 6.5km .. bec i ran over 5k for the first time i got so excited that i miscalculated the distance.. today i knocked off almost a minute of the time.. on monday i did it in a shade over 36 mins.. today a shade over 35 mins.. i'll be running the same distance on friday too.. somehow i cant run that much on saturdays.. myabe i'm tired after all the warmup and stretches.. :) .. but in a couple of weeks i should be able to do 10km..
