Why do you run?: i compete in triathlon.enjoy running.

What is the longest distance you have ever run?: 44km at Kharghar-3 flat loops followed by 1 KH loop.

What is your personal best timing? (please mention the distance and time): SCMM2012 4hrs 04mins FM
BNP HM on 21st august 2011-1hour 55mins.
