Hi Muniappa,
I am, also, like you a Veteran runner. In my 50s, closer to 55 years.
I have run 10K in 48mins. (2007) and was 6th at the All India level in 2007 - Veteran's Category. I still run the 10K around 49mins.
Am from Mumbai.
