Thanks for joining the group Mumbai M Runners and welcome. I am sure you will be able to exchange and learn from our group of runners of all categories. Feel free to post your queries on our page. Please note that a large group of runners meets every saturday at 6am at aarey forest for a run of 10K or more depending on each runner' ability. You may like to join us sometime. BTW, some of us will be joining the bandra - chr run.
