I think it is fair to say that a sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of heart problems and moderate running or any other form of regular physical exercise reduces the risk.However what about running marathons and ultra marathons? ha ha ha, nice suggestion. Now, come along to an RFL run and lets chat; races are a different matter when i like being alone to run in my private world
yup, i do local running on weekdays but normally we hit cubbon on sat morning and an RFL organised sunday run - eg on this sunday at EGL - provides for water stops so that you can target a longer then your usual run
