How often do you run?
A few times a week
Where do you run?
I Live in a Police Quarters.. there are beautiful parks, and practice grounds and awesome streets within the campus... I started off running in a park. but now i run on the streets... :)
Why do you run?
I Love running... it is an awesome feeling. I m also preparing for a marathon
What is the longest distance you have ever run?
As of now no idea
What is your personal best timing? (please mention the distance and time)
Well i do know i can run for 30 min straight without a break. My target is 10mph.

You may try run-walk-run / interval training. So, say run for 4 minutes, then walk for 4 minutes and keep repeating this. This will help you in working out for longer. Slowly, decrease the walk time or increase the run time. This will help you in building your endurance.

Keep it up Tazeen...just try not to look at ur watch after 20 mins and keep running till the time u feel u need to stop...and don't forget to tell me whether it's helpful or not :)

KTM is Kaveri Trail Marathon. You can try 10K in Kaveri Trail Marathon. Currently, registration is open only for Half and Full Marathon. They should open registration for 10K soon.

Hey Tazeen, that's a little too fast. I would not advise Bangalore Ultra, because that is too tough. You need to do some 5K & 10K races before graduating to half-marathon and then to the trail marathons. You don't want to pick up injuries do you. Take your time and enjoy your running, you are young so you have a lot of years to do the ultras and all other stuff. For now just concentrate on increasing your mileages and building your endurance.
