I hated to bathe...My father was in charge of making me have one every morning...The only way he would convince me was by saying - if you don't bathe how will you run faster than P.T. Usha...I had no clue who this lady was! I was around 4 and did not read newspapers or magazines or anything else... The only thing I was aware of was that P.T. Usha was a woman, and she fast...very fast...I wanted to run faster...No way I could skip my bath...

This Belt is Adjustable, having Two Bottles and has two small pockets on both sides .Each Bottle is about 260 ml. Brand: Kalenji
As per my experience, this belt is very good and you won’t feel the weight of the bottles .It won’t bump while you run if you adjust the belt properly.
