Hey Sanjay,
Don't apologise. If not for your car, I can dump it in someone else's car. I want to come but right now I am not sure of my programme. Let's see if I can twist the schedule for my family and squeeze in a one-and-half loop. I will catch you in BNP if I come.

Sanjay, if you require to talk/discuss at length anything on running, please feel free to do so on my direct mail : ponchodr123@gmail.com as often at BNP we hardly have the time. Also, will give you my cell no. when am at BNP (just remember to ask, as am a forgetful fellow).
This Sunday (6th) am likely to do some lengthy running and I don't even think I'll be able to meet you all even 'after run stretches'.
Nevertheless, let's see when we can talk.
Hey, Sanjay, 8K in 45mins. is pretty pretty fast - are you serious you've done that time??
Keep running, keep smiling and see you tomorrow.
Regards,
Hi Sanjay,
Yeah, training 7 days a week ain't good. You need to take rest at least 2 days in a week. A lot also depends on other factors - some train for 3 days a week, some for 4, 5 or 6, but as already said it depends.....
Ideally 4-5 days a week of training is just fine.
Also, strengthening in the gym is often done; but I would say it's better to do it in the off season as also do it knowing well What you're doing.
Hope to see you at BNP on Sunday (16th).
Regards,
Giles
Hi Sanjay,
Thank you for coming for the group run yesterday.
The group was smaller only due to many going out of station for May holidays.
This coming Sunday I shall be there at BNP. Hope to see you there.
Regards,
Giles
The stretches we did in the morning was shown to me by Daniel ( Zico). I have found the same extremely relaxing after the runs and it also helps to recover fast. Some of the exercises will be found in a book called Brain Training for Runners by Matt Fitzgerald.
