Hi Sandy,
Where the hell are you?? Long time not heard from you.
Are you still into running or just given up. People like you dont give up easily maan.
So, keep running - and at least reply with a single line.

Hi Sandy,

Good to hear you're building up, you'll definitely make it. All you need to do is keep practising.

Me, no sweat - am not doing the 10K Sunfeast. If you ask me, am training for the top spot in India (Veteran's Top spot, please). Have been standing 5th, 6th, 5th, 6th, 7th for too long - commendable youd say, but not too commendable for me.

Don't worry about me, Sandy - I just want you to get there. Like I say to so many others - get on the road.

Hi Sandy,

How's it going. What's your base running now, or are you still having starting problems.

Hi Sandy,
Good - youre on - youre running. A small big of advice - always use a stop watch - whether youre running Easy, Tempo or Speed. Maintain a log - youll be fine.

Hi Sandy,
Good to hear you're gonna sweat out by adding some miles.
My advice, if you're new - start low and build up mileage approx. 10% per week.
If you're serious, you could do be ready for a Half in 4 months - I did (and I was over 50+ at that time).
Yeah, I started serious marathoning After I was 50 years.
Going for the Full at Mumbai Marathon Jan. 2010.
Reg. runnable road, well you may be "foreign returned". The roads in Mumbai are pretty bad too - but we all have to make do.
So start, and let me know your progress Sandy.

Hi Sandy,
Want to get started - then what's stopping you. All you need is a pair of running shoes, a running vest/t-shirt and shorts.

Just get out there on the road and runnnnnnnnnn..... You can also join a running club - after all I think Bangalore is the No.1 running city in India. Still want some running tips - ask me questions - I'll guide you.
