Read your 'Sunfeast - sub 40mins.' on the Discussion Forum. Read also you were looking out for a tip etc. Nowadays, I don't comment much on RFL's Discussions, as I have my own group and am pretty busy there.
However, I suggest incorporate a 150mtrs. Dash, Uphill once every week (for 6 weeks - in your run-up to Sunfeast). Do the Dash uphill at full throttle. Start with 4 x 150 the first week, increase by 1 every week, going up to 9 x 150.
