Thank you , Ramesh . I pray , your father recovers soon and everything returns back to normal.
After running ,SCMM (5:48:04) I have decided not to run any FM this year and till I get my timings in order for 10k and 21k . Have to start ,from bottom again.
Hey, I was hoping to see you at AVM , I've regd for Half and will be going for it unless something comes up. Also, the same with Jaipur marathon.

As of my trining, I am preparing for the KTM, trying to follow the FIRST marathon training plan. Not feeling very confident yet, but let me see how the long runs in next weeks go.
