Anyone game for Long/Easy run dis Saturday - 4th Sept..
Hiii All,It's time to shake up this Group and plan for some long running as a group.I plan to do some long running as part of training fro KTM dis Saturday.Lemme know if anyone is interested and we can plan out d details n route.Note - It would basically be road running as no trail would be good enough becoz of rains. - Why do you run?
- Replenishes mind n soul..& when you love something, you don't really have a reason for a why..
Running helps me knowing my body better and connecting to inner self..
Gives me a great feeling of satisfaction after finishing a run which is tough to put in words.

May i have about 20 to 30 minutes of your quality time to complete the attached survey on Runners. The questionnaire is self explainatory but would just request if you would start filling in when in the right frame of mind with some time in hand to ensure responses are given after due thought.
Fair to request this form back in 72 hours? And, it would be nice if the same could be forwarded to other fellow runners, or just share their emails and i will undertake the task.

Thanks for the saying my timing was great at the KTM, but I also think Your timing was good too.
Will be coming for the Bangalore Ultra.
Just wanted to know. Have you done the Ultra before?? If so, I would like you to give me a description of the race route and also when am in Bangalore to show me the route.
