rebecca, are you planning on running the thane half marathon on sunday 27th feb? few of us have regd, there's the online option. timing chip race so pretty much official, plus RFL are helping out so it should be a good one. registrations close on 15th feb i think, but there are just 1500 running spots. so if you're interested, register asap at: http://www.thanehalfmarathon.com/

also the runner's bash is now finalised for 22nd jan (see discussion thread on main page). as hall capacity is limited, we're urging runners to book early to avoid disappointment. we want our regular serious runners to definitely be there. first-pay-first-served basis. previous discussion was only indicative and not confirmation. you can immediately confirm your slots by paying ram, giles or raj, who will be available for payment after the run at ncpa or stadium restaurant later. you will also be reqd to fill out the online form, link of which is on the new runners' bash discussion opened by ram on the main page. this is for information purposes only (veg/nonveg etc)

We will have a sports meet at Priyadarshini Park near Napean Sea Rd. Reporting time is 6:30am and there are 3 events + a team event of 4 x 100m relay.
