ON THE ROAD AT VARIOUS ROUTES AROUND VASCO WHEN HERE.OTHERWISE WHEREVER I TRAVEL.
Why do you run?
MAKES ME FEEL GOOD.PRESENTLY MY AIM IS TO REDUCE MY HALF MARATHON TIMING FROM 3.04 TO 2.40 HRS.
What is the longest distance you have ever run?
HALF MARATHON
