You have to stretch your quads and hamstrings regularly. Avoid hills! The runners' knee will ease out.

Ofcourse you are most eligible to join this group more than many of us.
First of all Congrats for a great show in Mumbai Marathon 2011 with a PB of 3:50. We are all missing Hyderabad this year anyway as the Marathon was cancelled. But Nevertheless we try to do as many of these.
