Didn't expect a reply from you. You seem to have got a little bit worried - please don't worry.
The only thing is that you are new - and like all new beginners you are lapping up and eating everything that comes to you - it is but natural.
Yeah, when I said train separately, I meant exactly that - train/practise all by yourself. This is because your pace is different from others' pace (unless of course you have someone whose natural pace is the same as yours)
A beginner should begin with very low mileage (this mileage can be guaged only by the beginner himself). Once you start on low mileage, build up 8-10% mileage weekly.
Many of you new comers are also running Everyday - which is bad. There should be at least a day's rest/off - if not at least two days rest.
There are so many things Pavan - but I guess I can't write you pages after pages.
Nevertheless, keep in touch.

Hi Pavan,
Read you want to get stated. Maybe you've already run the 5K at Ulsoor. But my honest advise is to train separately until you get the hang of running long (minimum 5K). Then you can later go on runs with a Group. Otherwise you're gonna hurt yourself. You can get any sort of leg problems like ITBS, Shin splints, heel spur, plantars' fasiitis, the works.
I'm saying, just be a little careful - that's all.
