Thanks for your comment. Yesterday only I came back from Chennai after participating in the 31st National Masters Athletics Championship which concluded on Feb 07. I took part in the 5000 and 10000 mtrs run. I was placed 3rd and 4th position with a timing of 19:31 and 41:52 respectively in my age category. Hope to see you at the NRC run this saturday.
