Hello Mumtaz - thank you for wishes during this Holiday Season.  I hope all is well for you . It is cold today (-5) and there is a slight dusting of snow but all is good for a short run on Christmas morning.

Hello Mumtaz

Long time no talk. I will be in India from Nov 3 to Nov 18. I plan to run the Bangalore Ultra - most likely the 75k. I have completed 4 triathlons this year - 2 sprint and 2 Olympic.

Do you plan to be at Bangalore Ultra? I can see that you have running quite a bit this year - I am glad to see that.

Hope you are doing well and staying healthy. I was thinking of doing 75 however I am note sure if I can coordinate business travel at same time as Ultra. I have done several triathlons this year including an Olympic level tri. I plan to run a half-Ironman next year.

I am quite well. I am back in Canada after nearly one month in Bangalore. I always enjoy visiting India. The RFL organization is very good - organizes great events.


I seem to recall that you were planning a run in Tibet. Is this still planned? I think that would be awesome.


I am planning an Olympic level Triathlon in June. Perhaps a marathon in Aug or Sept.
