We are at SanJose and are practicing hard for the Masters meet starting from 06th July.We will be at Sacremento on 05th to meet up with the Indian Contigent. In the absence of pace setters like you, we really find it difficult to know our actual progress.
Having lost my father on 12th,I am yet to come in grip with the reality, and yet want to do my best in 5k & 10k. %k is on 8th at 1830h & 10k is on 15th at 1030h.
Can I have your valuable tips for better my timings. We are practicing every day with 4 to 6 Km warm up and speed works as told by my coach. My husband, as usual, is of immense help to me in motivating & encouraging whenever I am down.
Regards & best wishes for the forthcoming running events.
Hello Pani Sir, I am so obliged to get your comment on my profile. I know very well about your running achievements. I always hear about you from Neera and Amrita. Thank you so much for your wishes. Hope to meet you in person during Bangalore Ultra 11.
May i have about 20 to 30 minutes of your quality time to complete the attached survey on Runners. The questionnaire is self explainatory but would just request if you would start filling in when in the right frame of mind with some time in hand to ensure responses are given after due thought.
Fair to request this form back in 72 hours? And, it would be nice if the same could be forwarded to other fellow runners, or just share their emails and i will undertake the task.

Pani Sir,
Your plan to race as per the sch you indicated will work out perfectly as it does not require too much recovery. It is also good that you are doing the 37.5K at bangalore ultra at slightly below your target marathon pace ie 5:12 because you will recover from it. If you were to do such a workout at 5:00 pace, you would have to restrict it to max 30K. All the best.
