A belated Congratulations for doing so splendidly at the Bangalore Ultra 2010 and coming in 2nd. You run beautifully, Amritra, but I definitely think you can improve quite a bit.
Also a Big Thank you for congratulating me, though I didn't finish in good time (what with cramps), but I make no excuses.
Keep running, keep smiling.

i ran hyd last year. It is very tough; it has heat and humidity plus the undulating course. I thought you should have a stretch target of 4:05 which is 17 mins less than your 4:22. I advise the foll;
march - base builing
april - base building - upto 90 kms per week (if you can manage)
may - speedwork
june - speedwork
july - peaking
august - taper and race
One thing you guys enjoy is year round decent weather for training. We have a summer coming up that will fry us.
How can I rag you if I don't meet you uh??
I overlooked mentioning, though you are aware, that you must now rest and recover before taking up intensive training for imprvement in your times. BTW, when you do the "fast finish" run I recommended, you should refrain from running too much on saturday. Let me know how things work out and I'll send you a speedwork program.
Congratulations on your time at Auroville. It is an amazing time for a trail marathon.

Thanks for your compliments.To become a hero I still have a long way to go.Yesterday night only I came back from Chennai. I took part in 5000 and 10000 mtrs run. I was placed 3rd and 4th with a timing of 19:31 and 41:52 respecvtively in my age category. See you at the next RFL run at EGL and all the best for Auroville if you are running.
