Hi Dhamini,
Not heard from you on the Comment Wall, in person, on the phone etc. etc. Where Are you??
Do you still run a little bit. Or have you become a serious runner?
Why not come and join us at the Borivali National park group run tomorrow (28th)? Further details on our group Discussion Forum wall.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Hi Dhamini the journalist,
Since you are on the group RRR.... RMR, why don't you come in for the group's "After marathon get-together party". The get-together is at my place, Bandra, between 6 and 9pm, tomorrow (23rd). Further details are on the group's Discussion Forum.
We'd really like to have you in our midst.
Hi Dhamini,
Not heard from you for a long long time. How's it coming for you Dhamani? You doing well on the running front?
Keep training, keep smiling and keep mile-ing.
Hi Dhamini,
How's it going with the running?? Sorry for not being available when you most wanted it, but I guess you've already done your write-up. No prob. there.
You doing the Half or Full, Dhamini??
Keep running, keep smiling, keep well.
Regards,
Giles
I was looking forward to meeting you in the NRC. Are you not in town? By the way on 25th Oct. your photographer had taken a couple of pictures when we were running on the Marine Drive, towards NCPA and back. I was running along with my husband and our Bib Nos. are 013 and 019. I would be very grateful if I can get one or two good photos taken on that day as I do not have any running photo. I can arrange to pick it up from your office.
Hi Dhamini :
I wanted to talk to you after I completed the run, but came back late. In fact, we (both my husband and myself) were the last ones to join the group for the post run stretching exercises. Yesterday, was the longest run we both did. We increase our mileage by 10% every weekend. A total of 14 km from the starting point to NCPA and back, then to Haji Ali Juice Centre and back to the starting point. We both run at Sion, Matunga, Dadar, Five Gardens and back to Sion. This is our routine on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays about 8-9 km. Only on Sundays we run with NRC. This is our first half marathon and we have both started running since late July.
Hi Dhamini :
We meet at the Parsi Gymkhana grounds. You can find a group of people with black Nike T shirts sitting around tables taking down the registration of new comers. By the way it is free, no fees. NRC members will also be hanging around for the warm up exercises.
See you on Sunday.
Hi Dhamini :
Every Sunday we run along with other members of the Nike Run Club, who started their first run on Oct. 4th in Mumbai. We meet at 6 am at Parsi Gymkhana, Marine Drive. There is separate training schedules for beginners, first time half marathoners and experienced half/full marathon runners. We are given expert tips and good stretching before and after the run by coach Daniel Vaz (Zico) and Savio D’Souza. There will be water/electral available over longer stretches.
Hope to meet you on 25th Oct.
Keep running
