Will do exactly that but this Saturday I will lay off because I am leaving for Bombay on Sunday.
Can any one in the group tell me that if I want to do a half and reach the Yashpal studio at 6: 50, where about I should be starting. Even approximation will do. Some land mark to get on the band wagon.

It is really wonderful to hear from you mate.I should be grateful to IAF for what I have achieved in running to-day.Why don't you come to Nike Run Club ( NRC ) one day on Saturdays at the Kanteerva Stadium between 6 to 8 AM and do some training with us.
