Your next target should be an HM distance. Not HM Race. Build on distance, with every 3rd or 4th week as 'Step Back' weeks. Step Backs are weeks where you reduce the workload in training in order the body recupurates and then you climb to a slightly higher distance.
Despite what most Beginners think, the biggest factor in marathon runnings is doing Long Runs at very Slow pace.
Actually, Basa, I can't keep writing too much on people Profiles. I am often writing/coaching/training a horde of runners vide my direct mail.
Also on this RFL site, you will find, under Groups, there is a site by name Run Run Run .... Run Mumbai Run. This is My Group. Though most of the group members are from Mumbai, I have some members who are from Bangalore and other cities. I think you'll learn more if you join the group (it free). Many of my group members Comment, Discuss etc. Nowadays I don't comment too much, but keep a watchful eye and read the discussions/comments. When expert advise is required I give my comments.
You can also find my mail id on the originator's write-up of my Group.
You're doing well for yourself. Keep it going.
