Roshni and I are both running at Aarey tomorrow. Roshni's doing a 50 k run next Saturday, so we are going to do a very easy run tomorrow (her taper down period). The guys will be running hard, though, and you could run with them.
In case you are interested, land up at the Aarey Check Naka (off Western Highway) at 5:45 am. We wouldn't be able to wait longer, because Raj is doing 30 k and would need as early a start as he can get.
Hi Archana, check out www.mumbaistarders.com...the group trains in SAI ( Sports Authority of India ), Powai, Bandra, Shivaji Park, Race Course...i joined them 2 years back....
Are you on Facebook? If you are, look for Mumbai Runner Girls- that's the easiest way to ensure you do not miss out on the Girls Only Runs (GOR).
We typically run together on the second Saturday (not Sunday) of the month, and are planning to have the next run at Juhu Beach (want to experience the challenge of running on sand)- the venue may change, but not the date.
But you don't have to wait for a GOR - there are running groups running in Aarey and BNP every weekend. I joined the run at Aarey yesterday, and it was brilliant.

The group at Aarey runs every Saturday- they are typically longer runs of between 10 to 30 k. They start at about 6 am.
You could also check out the Nike Run Club - I've never been there, but people tell me it is great.
Hi Archana, you may want to join our next edition of the bandra-ncpa group training run on 1st may 2011 - details in this link.
