Hi,

May i have about 20 to 30 minutes of your quality time to complete the attached survey on Runners. The questionnaire is self explainatory but would just request if you would start filling in when in the right frame of mind with some time in hand to ensure responses are given after due thought.
Fair to request this form back in 72 hours? And, it would be nice if the same could be forwarded to other fellow runners, or just share their emails and i will undertake the task.

Possibly you are a naturally scientific runner! :-)

BTW, congratulations on being the second in 25K in Ultra'09. It is a pretty good timing.

POSE technique is supposed to reduce the impact on the knees and reduce the injury. The details are here: http://www.posetech.com/. You might benifit reading it. I am still a recent practitioner and need to see if it was useful only after one marathon!

Hi Anuj, Did you happen to participate in Bangalore Ultra 2009? How did it go?

On the other note, seeing your running style in your second photo (above), you seem to follow POSE technique of running? Do you conciously do follow any technique?
