Thanks alot for joining my group MRC runners. As i read your profile that you also run at MRC, could you let me know which days and time do you mostly run over there so that we could maybe meet up and run over there together, it will always be a pleasure to run with you.

Hi Ambarish:
After I have started running I keep on making new friends after every event. Congrats for being one of the winners. My husband and I generally run in and around Sion, Dadar & Chunabatti. We attend the NRC (Nike Runners Club) training held at the Police Gymkhana, Marine Drives every Sunday from 6.00 am to 8.30 am. We get excellent strength training and stretches by 2 experienced coach - Daniel Vaz (Zico) and Melwyn Crasto (Central Railway Coach). Anybody can join NRC. Looking forward to meeting you at NRC someday.

I see you know some pretty good runners like Apurba, Sohanlal, Sanjay Kasle, Mr. Dogra etc. etc. -- All great guys, great runners.
