Hi anybody can help me out with who provides 360 degrees competitive training( weight training, nutrition, run chart etc.) for middle distance COMPETITIVE running. Somebody who has a proven track record and good success ratio and of course good knowledge into the subject and who has trained athletes before.
Thanks in Advance :)
Dear member
As such I do not organise or conduct training but any body can join me. I do my half marathon runnning practice in Indian agricultural research Institute (popularly known as Pusa). It is a three kilometer road from one end to another with huge trees of jamun, neem and arjun on both sides. I always prefer to practice during morning hours (6 AM to 8 AM).

Hey! looks like I will work with the perspiration plan for now, learning technique will be next stage. The rains and family health have taken away about two weeks from my wog-jog routine.
Hi Arvind,
I'm not certain but there only seems to be information for south Mumbai running.
I just wondered if anyone knew of any groups / good outdoor training/runs in North Mumbai.
Thanks Jen
Hi Shankar and Jen,
Take a look at the city specific links above. Click on Mumbai/Bangalore to see the options available.
I've just moved to NORTH MUMBAI and want to continue training for a MARATHON.
WHERE is good to run outside near Dahisar? Also be great to hear about to training, groups and indoor running in the area/near!
Many thanks, Jen
Hi Balaji,
You should follow one of the marathon training programs to train properly for it.

We don't know of any training center in Vadodara. If you do get to know about one, let us know as well. :)
