Did 15k y'day... first ran/walked 6k w/ Sunil n 30-40 other runners as part of the Earth-day run.... then ran about 9k (Hiranandani Meadows to Yeoor IAF base and back) w/ wonderful runners Hari N and Mumtaz.... the heat & humidity is wonderfully unrelenting...

Vishal n I rode our cycles from thane to national park today n then ran 11k in bnp. Cycle 51k run 11k. Exhausting but felt good

@utpal yes that shud be so much...i think its 25.6 one way and rtn shud be 51k plus i have an ambition to run a 11k there inside bnp..lets see ...
