Is this routine meant specifically for reducing body weight or something? I also notice that this routine is different from the circuit you took us through yesterday -30Jan2011-. Do I need to do them all together/ or not do them together? I'd appreciate some context on the how to and what for wrt the routine of excercises in the video.
