Thanks to Ashwin Jain, I am giving below the link of the video we made at the Nike Run Club. This is because some runners wanted to continue training in the monsoons when NRC is closed but had forgotten the "form" required in training. The link is here;

Thanks Zico and Ashwin for the video. Very useful. Zico, what does ' body weight strength training" mean? Is this routine meant specifically for reducing body weight or something? I also notice that this routine is different from the circuit you took us through yesterday -30Jan2011-. Do I need to do them all together/ or not do them together? I'd appreciate some context on the how to and what for wrt the routine of excercises in the video.

Body weight strength training is done using your own body weight as opposed to free weights in a Gym. You can follow just the routine shown at NRC for the moment. Some of the exercises are common to it in the video
Ahhh...thanks Zico, I live and learn! Will you be putting us through the same routine in the coming Sunday (6th feb) also? Is there a schedule of what are the activities to be covered each Sunday seesion, planned in advance for say, 6 months?
