Nike Run Club Bangalore has been around for almost 2 years now but there is no single space for them on the web. This is that place. NRC training happens every Saturday at 6:00 Am at Kanteerava Stadium. Anybody can join in, at no costs.

Time: - 6:00 AM
Day/Date: -Every Saturday (It has been there for every single Saturday for the past 2 years, except for 2)
It's absolutely free! All you need to do is to fill a registration form and you will get a bib which you need to bring everytime you come.
We have 2 champion athletic coaches to train all the runners -
Mr. V. R Beedu - He is the plain speaking star coach, who has trained some top athletes in India.
Reeth Abraham - Arjuna award winner and an olympian, she sets an example for all of us.
Training at NRC involves -
- Warm up jog starting at 6:00 AM or earlier
- Warm up and stretching exercises at 6: 20 AM
- Run at Cubbon Park OR uphill running OR many other training work outs to make you a stronger runner
- Limber down exercises AND free hand strength training AND yoga based breathing exercises 7:30 AM
- The training concludes by 8:00 AM
Training for Sunfeast World 10K 2010 which is on May 23rd will start from March.

It happens every Saturday. You should reach before 6 am at 200m track (next to tennis courts)
