hi
just back to office after running 10 km yesterday at banglore 10k race.it was fun to meet so many runners from banglore and was surprised by the huge turn out of runners for the event.
reached at 6.30 am to the stadium and joined the nike warm up session.got to see some of the great international runners. the 10k open run started at exact 8.00 am and it took me more than 6/7 mines before i could reach the start point timer.
the first km was as if i am running out side churchgate station to catch a virar fast train and i had to find my way in between the other runners who are also running with different pace.we were placed in" c "category so we had many runners running ahead of us and upto 4 th km i had to literary move in a zig gaz direction to find my way and it was affecting my running gait as well. after the turn at 4 km i was able to find some space to run in my normal form. the climate was good compare to mumbai and i enjoyed my run and completted the same in 57 mines and 55 sec according to chip time.
any way i am happy that i managed to get my personel best timing.

hi friends!

enjoyed the run today on western express highway with raj and his friends.found it really tough to run on highway as compare to bnp. i was wondering how these guys managed to run 1500 kms on national highway all the way from delhi to mumbai?hats off to them.....

As a mark of protest i am going to run on saturday in BNP in "ALL Black" and will NOT don Greenathon Colours.I hope my fellow runners appreciate the gesture and give it back to NDTV
