Permalink Reply by Sripad Motiram on May 7, 2010 at 12:06 The right approach is to do about 6 reps on the hill at a pace which is maintained the same for all 6 reps and exhausts you to an extent that the 7th rep ends up being a "no go". This is the only guideline I can give you. If you are currently able to do just 5 - 6 reps then you are doing it right. If you slow down, you will not build strength in your legs to get you to become faster - which is what this is supposed to do.
