@Shilpi: Thanks.  I'll make it on alternative days during weekdays around 6:30am..

You can park on the side road next to the lake, not the main road.

I dont know about others, since I run alone. My run days and times are not fixed. Weekday mornings before 7am. Weekends even later. If there is a group training at Decathlon or EGL, I give the lake a miss.

Is there an parking area nearby to Kaikondralli lake? And what time do you all start to run here?

Ravi's gotta b rit..it's xactly 1.9 kms..decent loop bt folks mit find it too short for long runs. For long runs 10K loops seem to be ideal.
Shilpi Comment by Shilpi on June 27, 2011 at 4:39pm

mapmyrun shows it to be 2.1 km. I run usually 2-4 rounds. After that I get disoriented and lose count so head back home instead. I guess on long runs I must be turning purple. :)))

Ravi Comment by Ravi on June 27, 2011 at 4:35pm

it's exactly 1.9Kms ... Sometimes i think... why dint they add another 100 meters to it ;)

But i am sure it's too much to ask ... LOL

ha ha..The red faced runner..kewl..so how many rounds do u normally go abot doing..use it for long runs is it?
Shilpi Comment by Shilpi on June 27, 2011 at 4:29pm

Kaikondrahalli lake is excellent for running! I owe a lot to this lake... If you come across someone running with an absolutely red face, that would be me. :D
