You guys came, you guys saw, you guys conquered!- Veni, Vidi, vici!

Kudos to all. What a race!. There was running, there was cycling and then there were you guys.

At this juncture, we thank all our sponsors/partners. We are value your support and we take pride in our association.

The timings, compared to last year, are better! In most categories at least.. Awesome!

Looks like a good time was had by one and all. Great show RFL; and what a great way to kick-off the 2010 events season!

This was a great show by RFL. This was my first Duathlon and i really enjoyed it. The organization was brilliant and the best part was the encouragement and motivation given by RFL folks. This will motivate me further.

Ashwin : I missed out on the great looking Duathlon T-Shirts at the venue as my size was not available. I would like to buy one for myself and my son. When can we expect the next batch of T-Shirts ?

It was indeed an amazing event that was very well managed too. Can anyone be as stupid as me? i rode my cycle with the brakes jammed for about 15 kms after which i adjusted them. No wonder i couldnt feel the difference between an uphill or a downhill. Struggled with the cycle but hope to do much better the next time. BTW any idea when i would get the medal and the RFL member tshirt?

Thanks guys! We already have a list of things we can better in the duathlon next year. A couple of suggestions we have got are -
The 20K cycling leg to be a single long loop (instead of 2 loops of a 10K route)
The run is to cycle ratio be increased to 1:3 (instead of the current 1:2)
