I too have registered. Would you be interested in a test cycling ride this Saturday i.e 29 May early morning. If yes, pls call me on 9886808569 and we can coodinate. Preferably Sarjapur Road (past Wipro) but am open to other locations.

I would have loved to join you santosh, but I am from mumbai. i will be comming to banglore on 11th June late night. But we can still be in touch through this discussion. I will post my practice here.

Hey Santosh
I am in HSR and have taken the route you mentioned quite a few times ..... Iblur junction - wipro office - Decathlon - Inventure Academy junction - Sarjapura and back .... It's really lush and green and anyone would enjoy that .
However for the duathlon we would need to run - bike -run ..... so no clue where to leave the bike and get back....
Methinks .... the practice run by RFL would be a better option as it's going to be the same route as actual.

Was traveling so I missed the RFL trials. Last Sunday though, I did the Sarjapur to Inventure strip and found a lovely trail off the main road leading about 5 k into a village. Unpolluted countryside - awesome.
So are you doing the Duathlon 13 June? I will be there too. No news on the running bibs etc - strange just 4 days to go.

Bib collcetion will be from Track & Trail store in Koramanagala.
June 11th - 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
June 12th - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
We have sent a mail to all participants on the bib collection details on Monday itself about this.
Also the event info page on the duathlon website - http://www.bsaherculesduathlon.com/index.php?id=407. has all the details.

Yeah .... am still hopeful of doing the Duathlon on 13th though never got up early to go to one of the trial runs. :)
Have been doing singlathlons( am sure that's not even a word) since 10 days or so, cycling one day and running the other - a bit more than the dua distances.
Though have seen an interesting trend - Some folks cycle up to Decathlon, park their bikes there and do a 10k loop from there and then cycle back - Sarjapur road has been eventful!
